What is Quantum Mind Therapy

Quantum Mind Therapy is a hypnotic technique which can be delivered on a one to one basis by a Hypnotherapist or by CD or DVD. This hypnotic technique involves the latest in hypnotic power to give results fast. The advantages of this technique are that Quantum Mind Therapy is perhaps the most powerful, effective and fastest hypnotic technique available today. Very often when we want to make changes, we want to make them fast.

 

The Hypnosis Effect

We all experience hypnosis on a daily basis, hypnosis is 100% safe and completely natural. The human brain produces electrical activity that can be measured as brain waves. An electroencephalogram (EEG) measures brain waves in frequencies also known as cycles per second or hertz. The table below explains four different brain wave states and how brain waves are related to hypnosis, the conscious, and subconscious minds.

In a normal waking state our brain waves can generally be measured above 14 hertz.

1. When you are awake, your brain waves are operating in the beta state of activity, that is, 14-30 hertz. Beta is the state of normal wakefulness. In beta, you are alert and wide awake. Your conscious mind is dominant. Beta state is where your brain waves would register before your hypnosis session.


2. When you close your eyes, become relaxed, or daydream, your brain waves are in alpha. This is the brain wave state of heightened creativity and inspiration. When you engage in creative endeavours such as imagining or visualizing your brains waves register in alpha. In alpha, your conscious mind is less dominant and the subconscious mind is coming to the forefront. Alpha state is where your brain waves would register as when you go into a light trance (light hypnotic state). The subconscious mind does not register the difference between imaginary reality and physical reality. It simply does what it is told, shown, or imagined until it becomes a habit. That is why hypnotic Quantum Mind Code suggestions can have powerful effects in the alpha brain wave state.


3. When you are dreaming, in deeper hypnosis, meditating, or in the zone in sports, you are in theta. Any repetitive movement or sounds will take you into the theta state easily. This state is where much of your subconscious potential lies and where the subconscious mind is totally dominant. Theta state is where your brain waves would register as your Hypnotherapist, CD or DVD takes you deeper into hypnosis where past experiences and emotions can be accessed.


4. When you fall asleep and go into unconsciousness, you are in delta. In this state of consciousness, you will not remember what you are experiencing because you are asleep and will eventually go into the stage of deep sleep or total unconsciousness. Delta state is where your brain waves would register if you fell asleep during your hypnosis session.

Your brain can be functioning in more than one brain wave state simultaneously. For example, you can be in beta as you enter into alpha. You may be completely awake one moment and then feel more relaxed and close your eyes all in a few seconds. You could also be dreaming (theta) and rise up into wakefulness (beta) and then go back into a higher frequency (theta) than previously.

Understanding brain waves can help you connect the experience of hypnosis with brain wave activity in your brain. Most people enter alpha and theta states during hypnosis, and each subsequent time, they tend to go into deeper states of hypnosis or further into theta. If you fall asleep during hypnosis, you have gone into delta or deep sleep. You are unconscious at this point, so suggestions cannot take hold in the subconscious mind. On the other end of the brain wave continuum, if you remain in beta, your conscious mind is dominant. You will have too many filters such as beliefs, values, ethics, and past conditioning to allow suggestions to take hold.

Hypnosis is a very calm and relaxing experience. Your body can feel very heavy as you become totally relaxed and yet your mind initially alert until you drift into the deeper levels.

 

Quantum Mind Code

 

Quantum Mind Codes are exact scientific affirmations presented directly to the subconscious in harmony with stimulated brain waves delivering an immediate and long lasting change. Never before has a hypnotic effect been so powerful. When you are relaxed and experiencing the theta state these Quantum Mind Codes can be presented directly to the subconscious mind. Remember, the subconscious mind never judges so it will accept the affirmations as fact allowing for very fast changes to take place. Old habits can be broken and new habits created. Your mind is a powerful computer. Just like any computer it is only as good as the software it is running. Your subconscious mind is just like a hard drive on a computer. It stores everything since birth and this information becomes your memory and your experience of life. This is the information which becomes your personality. Your character and what you are today is the sum of all these past life experiences stored in your subconscious mind, your computer hard drive. Listening to the Positive Mind Changes CD or DVD offers a level of relaxation where Quantum Mind Codes are presented directly to your subconscious mind. This is just like installing new software on your hard drive changing the way the computer is programmed and changing your old habits.

 

 

Presenting The Right Mind Codes

When you play the Quantum Mind Therapy CD or DVD you will be asked to find a place where you can relax completely. If you can, unplug the phone and do what you can to make sure you wont be interrupted. The CD or DVD will guide you through a process where you see, hear and feel everything around you. As you use your senses and you allow yourself to relax the Positive Mind Changes Programme will relax your mind and through the power of binaural beats relaxation brainwaves will be stimulated. Binaural beats are different sound frequencies that you will hear in the audio program. Your brain will be stimulated to follow these frequencies encouraging a state of relaxation between 4 to 7 hertz. The binaural beats within this program run at a reduced volume and so may not be physically heard by everyone.

Once the right level of brain frequencies has been attained you will be asked to present Quantum Mind Codes to yourself. It is so important to use the right words in order to get the best positive and fast results. As a general rule the Quantum Mind Codes should be as if they have already been achieved.

"I am healthy and healed."

"I am positive and confidence."

"Each day I feel fitter and stronger."

"I am at my perfect weight."

"I have unlimited energy."

"I sleep well every night."

"I feel comfortable in the presence of strangers."

"I am confident when public speaking."

"My thoughts are always 100% positive."

"Every cell in my body is replaced by a new perfect cell."

 

 

Sometimes it can seem like lying to yourself. For example "I am at my perfect weight." This is a great affirmation but sometimes it may feel uncomfortable because you look in the mirror and you know that you are not at your perfect weight. If you feel uncomfortable using this affirmation then it could be changed to, "I achieve my ideal weight easily." You can also change the affirmations to achieve results with a specific time period. Remember when setting goals the goals must be very specific.

Other examples are:-

"I achieve my financial goals easily."

"I achieve perfect health within 10 days."

"I am more confident each day."
